Here she is! All ready for her maiden voyage out west. I decided against the blue stripe on top of the red bottom. I think the small accents of blue in the propane tank and eventually (even though not pictured here) on the cover of the front window add the blue touch I was looking for. I also made the stove blue which gives me some happy vibes and color within the camper.
After my Dad finished painting her I was hesitant about the red. It seemed so bright and flashy. My car is already a modge podge of different colors (red body, black tires, dark green topper) so I was worried adding more color would be overwhelming, even if it was the same color of my truck. But, when I put the two together it looked great. I definitely stand out, but that seems to be my theme in life.
